The observatory on floors 100 to 102 of One World Trade Center is ADA accessible throughout, from the Skypod elevators to the restrooms, shop and restaurant.

One World Observatory occupies the 100th, 101st and 102nd floors of One World Trade Center and is wheelchair accessible. The venue, the shop, the restaurant, the café and the restrooms are all ADA accessible, and the Skypod elevators that carry visitors to the top are ADA-compliant.

Arrival is planned around two routes. Vehicles can use the accessible pick-up and drop-off location on West Street, north of Vesey Street, from which the West Plaza Entrance is reached. Visitors can also enter from inside the World Trade Center Oculus. Accessible subway stations, bus routes and the World Trade Center PATH station are nearby.

Restrooms are on all three levels and in the exit lobby on the first floor. Anyone who needs auxiliary aids or services is asked to contact Guest Services before the visit, and on the day the Guest Services office before the security checkpoint handles requests.
